How To Produce AV Actresses #9
Most AV (adult video) actresses get their start by being noticed by talent scouts in public. Professional scouts, male and female, spot attractive women in the crowds with the hope they might be marketable as AV actresses. The first qualification, beauty, is already established. But the next step in persuading the candidate to play in porn is more difficult as she had never imagined becoming an AV actress.
On the other hand it is much easier with women who answer ads seeking AV talent because they come themselves. Applicants are motivated by various reasons, “I want to make quick money!,” “I wannabe famous!,” or so on. Here AV productions do not have to spend any effort to find or persuade anyone. Yet there is still a problem with huge gaps between production expectations and applicant abilities. I’ve heard a complaint by one of our AV production staff in charge of the ads, “If we have to cast only with these applicants it’s going to be a horror movie!” Might be untoward to say something like that when you are paid by a firm whose business is based upon those women, by the way, but I could get his point. That’s show business!
My friend the talent scout described three profiles of women who are more easily recruited to act in porn:
1) Women who are pigeon-toed;
Women who walk with knock-knees or are pigeon-toed tend to not only stop and listen to the scout’s talk, but also more often consider the idea upon hearing his sweet encouragement. In contrast, women with straight legs or are bowlegged are much less likely.
2) Women of awkward sense;
For instance, a lady dressed head to toe in a designer outfit but carrying a discount store bag. This type of personality tends to be more easily persuaded.
3) Select a woman by herself;
Scouts avoid women accompanied by others. My friend explained that even if a possibility is actually interested, she would feel compelled to say “No way!” in front of her friends. A woman alone, though, feels free to talk and agree to further interviewing and taking nudie photos.
In one situation, however, upon spotting a beauty accompanied by a less-attractive friend, he uses a strategy. He invites both to a coffee shop and he fawns upon the latter. But when the less-attractive one excuses herself to the ladies’ room he zooms in on the beauty, tickling her vanity with the line, “In fact, I really want to promote you to be a top-class AV actress and you can be the one!” He boasts a score of 50% success doing this.
Interviewers have to measure up the candidates and I have discovered one fact through my career. The more shy she is at interviewing, the more she gets aggressively horny in front of the cameras! Not a “maguro” (lie-there girl). After all, women with this characteristic have more promise as AV stars!

☆ AV女優に転身する女の３つの条件・・・
新人のAV女優たちを、獲得する手段としての主に街頭での「スカウト活動」が一番良い方法にです。それはスカウトマン（スカウトウーマン）たちが街頭に立って道行く女の子たちの中から「この子はAVでデビューすれば売れそうだ！」と選別をして声を掛けるので、「質」の高い女の子を確保出来るからです。その代り話し掛けた女の子は、もともとAVについて考えた事も無いわけですから、その女の子をAVに出演させるまでに持って行くには並大抵の事では有りません。
それに比べて「AVの募集」の場合は、あくまで本人の「お金が欲しい！」「有名に成りたい！」と言う色々な事情からの「自薦」なので、AV出演が前提に成っているので口説くことが無い分楽なのですが、問題は本人自身の中では「質」は問題になっていないと言う事です。女の子が「源・みなもと」に成って成り立っているAV業界の人間が言ってはいけないのですが、ある事務所の募集の担当者が「募集で来る女の子たちですと、怪物ランドに成ってしまいます。」と言っているのを聞いた事が有ります。その言い方は、とても理解出来ました。それぞれにメリットとデメリットが有るのです。
私の友人のスカウトマンの話だと「AV女優に成りやすい女の子」には、３つのポイントが有るそうです。それは、

内股の女性は落ちる。
X脚、つまり内股で歩いている女の子は話し掛けても立ち止まって話を聞いてくれるし、説得すればAV女優への転身を決意してくれるそうです。真っ直ぐの足やガニ股気味の女の子は見込みが薄いそうです。

どこか抜けている女性。
例えば、上から下までブランド物の「シャネル」の服で統一しているのに、何故か？バッグだけはスーパーで買った安物品とか、こんな風に１ヶ所、ズレている女の子も、AVに落しやすいそうです。

一人の女性を狙え。
友達とつるまずに、一人で街を歩いている女の子が良いそうです。友人のスカウトマンが言うには「例えAVに興味が有っても、女の子は友達と一緒だと『AVはお断り！』と拒絶するから」だそうです。でも、一人だと余裕を持って話を聞いてくれて、そのまま事務所に連れて行って面接をして裸の写真を撮る事も有るそうです。相手が２人連れの場合は作戦が必要だそうです。２人を喫茶店に連れて行き、まずブスの方の女の子をチヤホヤして、その子がトイレに立った所で、美人の女の子の方に「実は、あなたを売り出したい！あなたならトップ女優に成れる」と言って自尊心をくすぐるそうです。この方法で、２回に１回（１人）は成功するそうです。
面接する担当者にも、女の子を見極めるポイントが有ります。面接時に羞恥心の強い女の
子が、いざ撮影現場で大声で、よがっているギャップの有る女の子は将来性が有ります。
