While it is known that the girls are the stars in porn and the guys are just props, let’s take a look at what those props have to do!
My questionnaire presented to the female candidates has a section labeled “NG Actor” (meaning No Good). But the path for men to appear in porn is extremely limited. The ads for amateurs or virgin-boy productions may lead to only doing sperm shots in the girl’s face (“bukkake”) without any actual intercourse. And they only hire candidates with outstanding features like big amounts of semen, long range ejaculations, studly torso, huge cock and so on. Applicants must demonstrate their capabilities live in front of the filming staff!
They must smoothly operate their penises. Keeping erect in front of staff, at least several crews, they have to follow the director’s instruction to cum on cue, like within three to five minutes. At least two orgasms are required for a film. Lacking any of these abilities most guys would flunk, even younger ones. (Anyway there is no male cougar genre!)
An erect cock is everything for an AV actor! If he can’t stay erect or stiff enough filming will be interrupted with the expression “standing for standing.” (Someone coined a pun!)
